Welcome to Thalvren. These terms govern your access to and use of the services, digital materials, and products offered at thalvren.top.

1. Scope of Services

Thalvren specializes in IT security and literacy training programs, including live workshops, virtual sessions, and online modules.

2. Live and Virtual Training Sessions

Enrollment grants access to scheduled sessions and accompanying materials. Users must follow all guidelines provided by instructors. Unauthorized sharing of session links or materials is prohibited.

3. Digital Materials

Digital materials such as downloadable guides, videos, and interactive modules are licensed to each user for personal or internal use only. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

4. Physical Products

Physical products, including printed manuals and hardware kits, will be dispatched upon confirmation of purchase. Title and risk transfer to the purchaser once items leave our warehouse.

5. Orders and Fees

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Training Sessions

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted at least seven days before the scheduled session via the Contact Form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within thirty days of approval. Alternatively, you may elect to reschedule a session once, to any date within three months of the original.

If access credentials and materials have already been provided, sessions are ineligible for reimbursement due to allocation of resources.

6.2 Digital Materials

Requests for reimbursement may be made within fourteen days of purchase, provided that no more than ten percent of the content has been accessed. Submit requests via the Contact Form. Approved cases will be processed within thirty days. Beyond these limits, digital materials become ineligible.

6.3 Physical Products

Unused physical products may be sent back for a reimbursement within fourteen days of delivery. Items must remain in original condition and packaging. Purchasers are responsible for shipping costs. Reimbursement requests via the Contact Form will be handled within thirty days. A handling fee may apply.

7. Amendments

Thalvren reserves the right to update these terms at any time. All changes will appear on this page, and continued use signifies acceptance.
